LIVE Peacock Mixed Media & Acrylic Painting Workshop | September 24 & 25, 2026

Come paint this beautiful and lively peacock with me LIVE on Zoom! 🦚🎨

We are going to spend two creative evenings together bringing this gorgeous peacock to life with acrylic painting and mixed-media techniques on canvas. We will play with beautiful colours, layers, textures and all those wonderful little details that make a peacock so magical to paint.

And if you are looking at all those feathers and thinking, “Shilpa, there is no way I can paint that!” 😄, please don't worry!

You absolutely can.

I will take you through the entire painting step by step, starting from the absolute basics. You do not need any previous painting experience to join me.

I have been teaching art for more than 20 years, and a big part of that journey has been teaching absolute beginners. I know how to break a detailed painting into simple, manageable steps while helping you understand what you are doing and why.

My goal is not only to help you create a beautiful finished painting, but also to help you build your skills and confidence as an artist along the way. ❤️

We will divide our painting over these two evenings so that we have plenty of time to work through the different stages and details together.

And because this is LIVE, you can ask questions, interact with me and paint along with me in real time. I want these sessions to be informative, but also relaxed and FUN, like we are all sitting together and painting. 🎨❤️

After our two painting sessions, you will have a few days to continue working on your peacock.

Then we will meet again for a dedicated LIVE Q&A session.

Bring your painting, show me where you are, ask me your questions, or simply come and listen to what everyone else is working through. If you are stuck somewhere or something isn't looking quite the way you wanted, this is our time to figure it out together.

What Happens Before the Workshop?

You don't have to worry about figuring everything out at the last minute!

One week before the LIVE workshop, everything you need will be posted inside your Peacock Workshop Welcome Page, including:

• Your drawing tutorial
• Complete material list
• Your LIVE Zoom links
• Workshop preparation details
• Any other important information you need before we begin

This gives you plenty of time to gather your materials, work through the drawing tutorial and have everything ready before we meet.

What If I Can't Attend LIVE?

Please don't worry! Life happens, and I don't want you to feel stressed if you have to miss one of our sessions.

Every LIVE painting session will be recorded.

If you miss one evening, you can watch the recording, catch up with your painting and then bring any questions you have to our LIVE Q&A on Thursday, October 1st.

The recordings will also be added to your workshop area so you can pause, rewind and work at your own pace.

You will have 1 full year of online access to the workshop, and you can also download the workshop videos and keep them forever. 🎉
